| Gallery Medical Records works in conjunction with the Gallery Clinical Forms component or as a stand-alone application. It is designed to work with scanners. The outcome is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which is comprised of searchable PDF documents. While Gallery/CF is designed for original documents generated by clinical or other service delivery staff, Gallery/MR provides a method to capture documents necessary for care delivery and care management that are generated outside of the Gallery/CF system. Unlike many electronic medical records products in the marketplace, this one includes 100% of information contained in the actual medical record (internal, external, and archival documents). Gallery Clinical Forms allows the user to easily fill in customized healthcare and clinical forms to record patient information and clinical activities. This product is designed to assist clinical staff with their day-to-day documentation and is a uniform method of recording clinical activity and gathering data. This data is also accessible for reporting if needed. The document management and electronic filing process utilizes barcode technology to manage each individual finalized document which, in turn, eliminates incorrect electronic filing of documents once they are finalized and scanned.
