To gain access to your
Secure Desktop, go to the ISA home page from "any" computer
with an internet connection. Next, click on the
Secure Desktop button on the home page. Log in and
authenticate using
your user name and password.
ISA can provide and manage all
Microsoft®
license and server capacities to
accommodate your needs. We support MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access. All
services are on a per named staff/ per month basis.
Additionally, we are able to easily integrate with many legacy systems
that your company may already have in place.

Application Hosting is
an added service and is based on the
Secure Desktop
methodology. In this capacity, ISA can provide access to software applications
on the ISA application servers.

Utilizing
Citrix®,
our services can be classified as utilizing “Thin Technology”. This method for
delivering applications to remote users has proven to be highly stable
and secure, minimizes customer investment in hardware, and significantly reduces
application support maintenance costs.
We more commonly call this
Secure Desktop. This service
can deliver a specific application (such as
Gallery), but also many
Microsoft®
and character-based legacy applications (such as CMHC) securely over the
Internet.

The CMHC Managed Care Organization (MCO)
system has a claim adjudication process with many standard claim
edits as well as the capability for customer-defined edits.
