The ISA provides support to various Community Mental Health Service Agencies, Non-Profit Service Provider Organizations, For-Profit Service Provider Organizations, Behavioral Health Managed Care Organizations, and Managed Care Provider Networks.

Our primary focus has been to develop economies of scale in the information technology arena. By utilizing shared hardware, software, licenses, and support staff, our customers avoid most costs associated with locally owned and operated IT support functions.

We are an Application Service Provider (ASP) and provide software and hardware to our customers at a subscription rate. This minimizes our customer's infrastructure cost as well as the cost of implementation and internal full-time equivalent (FTE) needs.
